Beloved ones,
I wonder what is going on in your life and the lives of the ones you love and know.
Just right now in the life of my own beloveds and me, nothing is like it was.
It seems the old times are washing away their memories.
And we stand there partly confused and partly shivering in awe: What’s next?
So many of us will step into a new life.
So many of us are watching their old lives die. And still I know we dreamed this together, when the time comes we strip off the old and dedicate our lives to creating the NEW.
But it’s not easy, when old structures and timelines vanish and nothing new is in sight.
My step into the new realm.
I took me months now, but last week my inner voice was clear.
Thefemalegrail.com has become an old skin.
Trying to slip and fit into it again made me feel frustrated; it has lived its life and now it embodies the realization of yesterday’s dreams.
AND YET SO WHOLE AND FILLED WITH ITS OWN FULFILLMENT.
AND WE SEE THE NEW FORM AS A SIGN OF GRACE.
NO NEW SPACES ARE BORN BEFORE OLD SPACES DIE.
I measured the temperature, the indicator, and traced alignment with my inner guidance.
The background story:
October 2016, on the Sacred Lands of Cerillos/New Mexico
I helped many people to find their soulvision.
And I will continue to do so, as part of my destiny.
There I stood holding my shawl tight to warm my body, under the magic sky filled with stars flirting with me. God, I said: “What is my soulvision for this upcoming New Age?“
The answer was formed in my inner visions by stars fusing and building two words, made by the purest light of creation:
FEMININE SPIRITUALITY
I know:
In the subtle spheres our new life is already formed, invisibly filtering to us all the time. Looking up & ahead we see the larger picture, we can finally take a breath.
But this takes time take form, to filter, to come into matter and reality.
I promise to organically expand; to do this I need space to maneuver.
From these broader horizons we can direct our inner GPS toward our future, the new togetherness. Where inklings point, we go.
Let us become conscious observers of our own creations.

Why positive affirmations don’t work
Why They have the opposite effect, or just don’t have the desired result
#CHANGEMAKER
When you dutifully recite a positive affirmation like “I have wealth and abundance“ yet money still refuses to come, or “I am purely healthy“ but sickness still takes all your energy and there is no cure, it’s easy to see that something is not working.
Lately I have been highly inspired by a new mantra I adore: “I am happy, I am love, I am light.” Yes, it vibrates superhigh.
When other people started to meditate on it suddenly the other side of the light popped up like the hidden shadows were waiting in the dark.
This has been on my mind for a long time.
If we try to boost low energy with super high voltage in one jump, it seems to backfire.
The solution became evident to me when I read the book “POWER VS FORCE” by David R Hawkins.
He started to test attitudes: their vibrations, their energy vibrations. He started to demonstrate that change takes place when something (or more precisely, somebody) vibrates at a higher frequency. In his world, everything that vibrates below 200 will pull down consciousness, will pull energy and frequency down, and change is not possible.
So if you want to shift your life into a higher vibration, and ultimately attract higher vibration-like effects, you need to go step by step.
Let me show you the steps, so you know precisely what to do in order to shift.
First realize, acknowledge, and accept the state of mind that needs to be shifted. Find out exactly where you are. Don’t be timid or bashful here.
For example, if you are stuck in fear, it will not help to affirm that “I’m fearless.” That’s simply not the case. Instead, have a look at the next step needed to take move yourself one step further.
This may be COURAGE or TRUST or HOPE. It will be very personal but your inner wisdom will guide you and your body resonance.
Now you may go one step further and choose FORGIVENESS or UNDERSTANDING or ACCEPTANCE.
When this takes you deeper, you can move on to step four: LOVE or JOY or PEACE.
Here are the levels, for your reference:
Step one
the lowest energies, the lowest vibration
shame, fear, blame, guilt, hopelessness, despair, grief, regret, anxiety, indifference, demanding, pride, anger, sickness.
Step two
the words of rising energies
courage, affirmation, empowerment, permission, release, trust, intention, optimism, inspiration, hope
Step three
the words of change
forgiveness, acceptance, harmony, mercy, understanding, reason, meaning, wisdom
Step four
the words and vibration of a changed consciousness
joy, one, bliss, peace, illumination, all being, self, is, pure consciousness, love.
If you want to shift go in tiny steps of consciousness and you will build resilience.

The Leaders of the Future: Leaders of the Heart
The return to love is the signature of our future leaders.
And their leadership is visible in the centering of their heart chakra.
The heart carries a different knowledge than the mind.
The mind is able to envision and imagine;
The heart knows.
Only the heart recognizes what is truly good for us and others.
Our heritage of the old world:
We are all born with a wounded heart. The journey of its healing is the path to realizing the leadership we are meant for.
When we are willing to walk a path – no matter what it takes – to heal the pain in our hearts, we open the gates to build new communities and collaborations based on healthy, healed relationships.
To be clear, the healing of love takes place when heal the heart chakra and expand our love from there. And the heart chakra wants to expand, intensify and raise pure love.
The heart chakra stands for the fire of love, unconditional love, truth, wisdom, inner guidance and knowing.
The science of the heart chakra teaches us to (1) first find inner guidance rooted in our soul, then (2) access guidance from the divine aligned with the power of the light, and then (3) provide guidance to others on their own paths toward higher good.

The heart chakra is the center of connection with a cosmic team. Make no mistake: your spiritual team guides and supports you every day of your life. We are guided by a bigger force, and the heart chakra is the inbox for their messages.

The love of the heart cares and unites, so the heart chakra can lead and guide others until they find their own inner compass. The pattern for future collaborations and communities beyond calculation or ego-driven aims lays here, waiting to be decoded. As our old world falls apart, and while the new creation is yet unknown, we need to dive into our heart chakra to find the answers and then take the risk to dare it.
Heart chakras can be found in physical spaces too.
As an ACC Feng Shui Teacher, my role is to train my people to locate the living chakras in their buildings and physical spaces. When I consult with my leadership clients on where to put their desk, for example, I always place it in the space’s heart chakra, in support of her leadership.
For many years I experienced the difference it makes when the leaders are centered in the heart chakra of their companies. They lead their teams and business with love. If they’re centered elsewhere, results are not so positive. For example if leaders are based in the front chakra, often the leadership assumes the form of control rather than collaboration.

How I learned the truth about chakras

When I was 30 I participated in a one week experience called “The Path into Light.“ One mediation centered on the solar plexus and how we can expand its light. I was gone.
The memory is vivid even now: a swell of abundance within me, pure yellow golden light. A thrill of my newly-reconquered ability to expand it and turn it into a liquid river of peace. It would fill my body and shower my surroundings with light that was sweet like honey and I would fall into a state of full bliss and full power. I radiated my new golden light and was deeply happy.
When I opened my eyes I found people on my right and left sweating and literally blown away by my power. I did not know what happened. The teacher MaRa just said: “You can generate a lot of powerful peace.”
I learned that each of the seven chakras in our body holds the connection to our signature of light. Each is a powerhouse of creation power.
Most people think chakras are for observation only and some know that blocked chakras relate to blocked topics in our lives.
But I know it’s much more.
Chakras house our power to create, and it is time to remember how.

Chakras are energy centers and vortexes throughout your body. They manage the flow of energy for various aspects of life. Chakras are the hottest creation power we have; a procreative atomic power within – when we know how to use them.
Chakras sit under your skin, in your flesh, in your blood, and woven through divine consciousness that radiates through every cell and bone. You can fill your warmth with light. You can fill every space with light. You have the capacity to fill your whole life with light.
Your chakra energy creates your reality.

: Don’t clean them. Chakras only need conscious expansion to live.
: Don’t rub your hands to charge them. Learn how to expand them.
: Don’t make spirals inward and outward. Don’t pull the energy back to expand it; that’s like deleting and reopening.
: You don’t need another person to “open a chakra” for you. If a chakra wasn’t already open to some degree, you would not be alive.
